Make The Switch today ‚ąö Not happy with your current property manager, can‚Äôt get a hold of your property manager , rents in arrears, property getting damaged, maintenance not being organised, neighbours complaining, grounds not being attended to, not getting market rents, property inspections not being completed, empty property no tenants for weeks, not working within the guide lines of the Residential Tenancy Act. We can make the switch easy, all we need to get the ball rolling is, either an email or letter from you giving us authority to act on your behalf in this matter and a new signed management authority with Youngs Property Management‚ÄĚ. Once received, we will contact your existing property manager and terminate their agreement with you. There is normally a notice period between 1-3 months that can‚Äôt normally be avoided. We will advise your tenant of the changes and forward them our Trust account details for future rent payments after the 1-3 months‚Äô notice is served. Once the notice is served we will pick up all relative paper work and keys from your existing property manager. We will conduct what we call a first inspection, this is a visual inspection where we go through your property and record the current state of the property. We will call you discuss the report as we see it and this will build the platform to work on going forward. Once rents are received we can deposit the rents into your accounts weekly, mid-month or monthly. We will also deal with any court or mediation action as may be required.
